Born in Perth, Australia, Zac later moved to Berlin to study filmmaking before turning to painting.
Zac's work explores personification and human forms using mixed media, mainly gouache and oil pastels, to reveal colour-intensive portraits. Zac’s work evokes a parallel between the absurd and the comedic of everyday life. He explains: “In my work, I want to capture the feeling of discomfort until the point where there is nothing else to do but let out a little laugh.”.
Zac continues his artistic journey in Vilnius, Lithuania.
